Snacking remains incredibly popular in the UK, with the latest figures from Mintel showing that 93% of UK adults snack, 63% of which do so at least once a day and this increases to 76% amongst 16-34 year olds.

Not only do they have to taste good and have an inspiring flavour, they also have to have less sugar, contain no artificial nasties and offer added functional benefits, such as being a good source of protein or containing antioxidants.
